How it works:
Using a ruler foot on your machine, you use the template within the Spiro-Quilt base as your guide to create shapes. The base and templates fit together in an octagon, so the template is turned to create symmetrical designs. You can also combine shapes to create flowers and borders. The handles on the base help you to control your movement and the small shapes make it easy to learn how to control your stitch length.
These templates are 3/16th of an inch thick, slightly thicker than 1/8" but not as thick as 1/4". The work well with low shank machines. This template does not with the High Shank Spiro-Quilt Set.
Included:
Kite template (.18" x 5.38" x 5.38")
The base is not included with this template, you need the Spiro Quilt Set. We have additional templates to expand your design options. See the entire collection.
Finished designs are approximately 4"
