Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase.  You can return any physical item you bought within 90 days after receiving it.  Try it out for 90 days, make sure it fits and works as intended. If you are not happy, contact us at support@sewingbysarah.com so we can get your return form and refund you. 

Please note there are exceptions:

1. Digital items are non-refundable, if you have an issue with your digital purchase, please email us directly at support@sewingbysarah.com.  

If 90 days have gone by since you received your order,  please contact us about whether you are eligible at support@sewingbysarah.com.

Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item is defective we will offer a full refund plus the cost of the shipping.
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or reject the shipment, this will cause us to be unable to refund you. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected (which can take up to 7 business days), we will send you an email to notify you and your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Each payment processor takes time doing this, so please contact them if after receiving our email that your return was processed you haven't received your money back on the payment type used. 

Please note on partial refunds, any discounts will be proportionally applied to each item. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet but have received an email from us indicating the refund, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@sewingbysarah.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should email us first at support@sewingbysarah.com for instructions and then send your product to us.

Shipping costs of the return shipping are to be paid by the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance so that we can make sure we receive it and you receive your refund in a timely manner.
