This tote is a great project to practice a sewing technique you’ve wanted to do in a smaller project that can be finished quickly.  Here I use this project to practice my Free Motion Quilting skills, but you can easily use up old quilt blocks, embroidery, Sashiko, or try another technique for your tote. The basic instructions will work for any material, but it’s tailored to a quilted outer.
